Alexey Bilozor, aged 9, fled to Fermoy, Ireland, in 2022 following the outbreak of war in Ukraine. Despite the challenges of displacement, his mother never halted his musical education, ensuring that the piano remained a source of emotional refuge and hope for Alexey.

In Ireland, Alexey found mentorship under esteemed pianist and teacher Aidan Duggan, who quickly recognized his exceptional talent. With the support of the Fermoy Community Youth Centre, he has a dedicated space to practice and grow as a musician. He continues to nurture his dream of one day representing Ireland in international competitions.

Furthermore, the parents and teachers of Fermoy Adair N.S. have provided invaluable support, helping Alexey settle into his new home and continue developing his musical talent. Their encouragement and care have given him a strong foundation, allowing him to thrive both as a young pianist and as a cherished member of the community.

At the upcoming Peace Concert, Alexey will share his unique journey through music—an international language of resilience, hope, and love.
