Staying Fit For the Future is a weekly exercise class for adults of all ages delivered in a community setting that challenges and trains the main components needed for maintaining good independent movement. 🚶‍♂️🧍‍♀️🧎‍♀️🕺

Strength, flexibility, range of movement & balance are all addressed in a fun on your feet exercise class.

Suitable participants are those that walk independently (without a walking aid) and want to stay strong on their feet.

Class content has been developed by physiotherapists and the programme is delivered in conjunction with HSE Primary Care Physiotherapy Services & HSE Health Promotion.
