Sports Complex Overview
Fermoy Community Youth Centre facility has two Racquetball Courts and one Squash Court and changing rooms equipped with shower facilities. All maintained to the highest of standards.
The Centre is the only facility in North Cork with 2 Handball Courts (40ft x 20ft) which is a great asset especially when running competitions etc.
Fermoy Racquetball Club, Senior and Junior, has its base here in the Centre. The Club is very active and is supported by tireless volunteers, who give freely of their time every Monday evening from 6pm to 8pm for the Juveniles.

In Racquetball we have National and International Champions in Noel O’ Callaghan and Johnny O’ Keeney.
Fermoy Racquetball Club is affiliated to the Racquetball Association of Ireland which was founded in 1979. We are also affiliated to International Racquetball Federation (IRF) and the European Racquetball Federation (ERF).
The Courts are also used by many Handball Enthusiasts. Handball and Racquetball has a great history in our Centre and in the town of Fermoy, with such well known persons as Mick Jordan (Handball), who up to his retirement gave many hours of voluntary work to many successful players.
