MONDAYS
9:00 AM – Beginners/Improvers
10:00 AM – Active Retired/Returning to Exercise
6:00 PM – Mixed Level
7:00 PM – Intermediate

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises with the focus on building core strength, increasing joint mobility, restoring muscle imbalances, and improving posture.
