WEEK 2 of virtual HUMAN CONNECTION and NOISE MAKING during Covid19!!!

The response to this week’s virtual live classes has been AMAZING, from both young and (not so) young! It has been AWESOME sharing those smiles and good vibes through the laptop screen! We all need a little connection with others during our this time!
Sooooooo let’s do it all again next week!!!

I will be running 2 types of POUND classes LIVE which means I can interact with you and your kids – you can SEE and HEAR me. You also have the option to turn on your webcam so I can see / hear you (or not), the system I am using is very safe and the classes will not be recorded / shared etc.

The 2 classes I will be live streaming are:

POUND:
45 minute POUND classes as we do every week, with all the fun and intensity, just from a different setting! Suitable for 12+ but that said, all the family is more than welcome to join, we also LOVE anyone who wants to try POUND for the first time from the comfort of their living room!

Generation POUND:
Now it’s time to get the KIDDOS MOVING,give them 30 minutes where it’s OK to make noise, burn some energy, smile and forget all the scary talk about germs! (You’ll thank me for their energy burn after ) Suitable for 4+

Thursday April 2nd 7pm POUND

Thank you to everyone who has followed the paypal link to cover the small licencing fee for each session. Please note I would greatly appreciate if you could forward the payment BEFORE 6pm Sunday evening, as the paypal link is set up to work with the zoom, and if the fee has not gone through you will not receive the zoom link for you chosen LIVE class(es).

Each session is €3 (One payment covers everyone in the house who wants to take part!)

You will receive your zoom link via email between 6pm and 7pm the NIGHT BEFORE your session. This link will not work until about 5 minutes before the session is due to start so please do not worry if you click it before then and nothing happens. I will be online about 5 minutes before to explain any technological difficulties anyone might have setting up their camera/seeing me/hearing me.

I would advise having a little play with ZOOM beforehand so you and your kiddos are comfortable and it’s a stress free session in the living room! You can have a meeting with yourself to try everything out! Don’t worry too much about the mic settings on your device, you will all be muted for most of the session so you can hear the music! When you join the ZOOM meeting click ‘join with computer audio’ and once you have joined, down the bottom of your screen you will see the option to ‘start video’, click this and I do the rest!

Please also note that if you or your mini ROCKSTAR has enjoyed their session during the week that it is possible to join another that you are not already booked into, just shoot me a quick email and I’ll get it sorted.

Again, I would be extremely grateful if we could all respect eachother and NOT record any sessions and put them on social media, this is a platform for everyone to have the option to turn on their camera, make some noise, have fun and connect with other humans from the safety and comfort of their homes, let’s look after one another!

And finally……. LET’S GET READY TO ROCK COVID-19 for a second week!!!!
